I’ve been wedding obsessed since forever. at 9 years old, i was begging my mom to buy me wedding magazines in the checkout line at the supermarket. she thought i was crazy. but i did buy them when i could (or I’d get the free regional magazines in the registry section of department stores). i’d gleam over those pages, tearing out my favorite images, laminating them and adding them to my “wedding planning folder”.
fast forward a decade. my passion for this world never faded. i went on to study media, culture, and communication at New york University and started my career in weddings with internships at brides.com and with celebrity event planner David tutera. I spent my career at various companies within the industry. I cultivated my knowledge of all things bridal and developed relationships with vendors in the greater NYC area, including at my last corporate role on the vendor team at the wedding registry company zola.
throughout the years, i always toyed with starting my own company. i love working with couples more than anything and it was about time that i made them my first priority. after all, i have spent years helping friends and family plan their weddings.
